Earn additional income by introducing our fundraising programs to schools, churches, or any non-profit organizations in your surrounding areas or on your website. Unique Aromas has four different fund raising programs Assorted Gift Items, 11 oz Gel Candles, 10 oz Gel Candles, 11 oz Tumbler Candle. There are so many organizations out there that need the extra fund to purchase new uniforms, take special trips, buy supplies, or just to help a friend in needs. Once an organization had decided to sign up with one of our fund raising program, they then fill out a brochures request form with your name as a distributor. The Fundraising Brochures are Free to your customers, Your cost per brochure is just 10 cents each. You can order the brochure in bulk and use them as advertising purposes. Your profit is 10% of the retail price. For example, if a candle sold for $10 and if your cost is $5.50, give them a 35% discount, or $3.50 per candle sold. You profit $1.00 or 10% for each candle sold. 10% might not seem to be a lot, but if you can get an organization or a school with 300 to 500 members selling, each just 5 candles at $10 each, your project is anywhere between $2,000 to $3,000 per group.
Who can use our programs? Any non-profit organizations such as: schools, churches, daycare, sport teams, clubs, cheerleading teams, any group that needs fund to help a friend or neighboor in needs.

11 oz Tumbler Gel Candles This program is great for any group or organization. Over the years, this is our #1 selling size and candle type. The layout is simple and yet, there are many choices to choose from. We set a convenience price of $10 each, (suggested retail $12.95) so it be easy for you and your customers to work with. On the back of each brochure has a very easy to follow order form. The buyers simply fill in their names, phone numbers and check marks on the items they want to order. With 38 scents available, it hard for them to choose just one candle.
10 oz Gel Candles This program is designed specially for elementary schools, high schools, daycares, sport teams and churches. Like the 11 oz Tumbler Gel above, this is our best selling type of candle. Buyers will be amazed to see all these fruit pieces in these candles. This program is designed easy enough for everyone to follow. On the back of each brochure has a very easy to follow order form. The customers simply fill in their names, phone numbers and check marks on the items they want to order. With 38 scents available, your customers will be tempted to order more than just one candle to try.
11 oz Tumbler Wax Candles This program is for those that want to stick with the regular wax candles. This is an excellent program to do. Like our other programs, come with an easy to follow order form. The customers simply fill in their names, phone numbers and check marks on the items they want to order. With 38 scents available, your customers will be tempted to order more than just one candle to try.
Assorted Candles This program has 9 items, each item has up to ten choices to choose from. Excellent program for high schools, daycares, sport teams and churches. This program is a little different from the three programs above. The cost per item varies, but the layout is still simple enough for any group or organization to do. The customers simply fill in their names, phone numbers and check marks on the items they want to order. With over 35 different choices, buyers will be tempted to order more than just one candle to try.
Below is an example of the profits you and your fundraiser can make. We use the 11 Gel Tumbler program in this example. If and only if the sellers can sell this many candles, then you and the fundraiser can profit this amount. The 11 oz Gel candle sold for $10, your cost is $5.50, The seller or the organization profit $3.50, you profit $1.00 (So, $5.50 + $3.50 + $1.00 = $10.00) Shipping is free with an order of 300 candles, assume this is the 11 oz gel sold at $10 each. Sellers take orders directly from the brochures, collect payment at the time of ordering. Checks are made payable to the group or organization. If they need samples to show to customers, samples can be purchased through you.
Over the years working with many fundraisers, the one that showed samples have a more successful sale than one without samples. Although samples do cost, the outcome is much better and they can also sell these samples and profit from them after the fundraising period ended.
Requesting Fundraising Brochures:, click and print this Brochures Request Form , fill in the distributor section. If you need this form in a pdf format already have your company information fill in, send us an email requesting this to be done. Email us the information you want to place in the Distributor section of the form. Sending a pdf format form by email is alot faster and easier than regular mail or fax.
The fundraising brochures are FREE to your customers. For distributor for use as an advertising purposes, the cost is 10 cents each and come in set of 50 for $5.
Once they decide to do one of our program, They then fill out the form, send or fax this form to us with you as a distributor, we then send them as many brochure as needed to raise fund for their organization. Any request with more than 35 brochures requires both signatures before we can send out the brochures
Placing the fundraising candles Order: After their project period ended, all forms and monies are collected. Combine all form to one order form. They can either send or fax or mail the order in to us with personal check, cashier check or money order. Customer will send 65% of the money collected. We also take purchase orders from public schools if approved by our company. We have a special order form for the schools.
How and when do I get my 10% profit ?: After the order is processed and payment is recieved, we will send you a copy of the order plus a check for 10% of the total retail amount. Most public schools use purchase orders, they usually pay after received an invoice, you get pay whenever we received payment from them.
Minimum & Shipping Fee: The minimum on your fund raising order is 30 candles, about $300 of the retail price or amount sold, Shipping is FREE with an order of 300 candles or more. Under 300 candles order, add 7.5% of the amount sold for ups ground shipping (about 75 cents per candle for UPS ground shipping). Example: If they sold 50 candles at $10 each, total collect for this 50 candles is $500, so the shipping cost 7.5% of this $500 is $37.5.
Sale Tax: All fundraisers required to send or fax a photo copy of a tax exempt certificate. If you don't have a sale tax exempt certificate, please include sale tax with order. Sale tax will be the same as grocery tax in your State
Shipping: After your order is received by either fax or mail, it takes about 3 to 5 business days if not sooner for your order to be processed. It takes an extra 3 to 5 days for UPS to deliver your packages. Small orders are usually ship by UPS ground. Larger orders are ship by Yellow or Roadway Transportation. Unique Aromas do not pay for Express Shipping or outside the continental of the 48 US States. Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Canada call for shipping quotes.
