Shipping & Returning Policy:

Shipping Products To Your Customers: All orders are ship UPS ground unless specified. After your order is received by our system, your order will be processed within 2 to 5 business days if not sooner. Out of stock items will be processed 5 to 7 business days. It takes additional 2 to 5 business days for UPS or the Postal Service to deliver the package to your customer. Transit time depends on what area of the country the package is shipping to. Click here for ups Transit Time. If you need your orders ship Express, Next day, Second day, etc., email for a shipping quote. You will receive order receipt and a tracking or shipping confirmation by email when your order is shipped.
International Shipping: We do not ship interantional except for Canada. You may sell our products to anywhere in the world, but the products will ship directly to you, You may turn around and ship to your customers any way you wish.

To get shipping quote to Canada, Alaska, Puero Rico, Hawaii, any US Virgin Islands, send us an email. You can also log on to http://www.usps.com to get the shipping quote to anywhere. Remember the origin zipcode is 72501.
When email for shipping quote, please make sure include item numbers, how many, and a complete ship to address.

Returning Products by your Customers: We have a reputation of providing high quality products, if for any reason your customer is unsatisfied with the order, he/she can return the undamaged item for a full refund, exclude the shipping fee. Because your company name is set up in our UPS system as the shipper. Your company name, website address, and physical address is on the shipping label, any return by your customer will be returned directly to you. You can either keep the products or return back to us. Once we received the merchandise from you, we’ll refund your cost of the products back to your account.

If you want the product ship directly to us, please provide your customer with our address at: Unique Aromas, Atten: Return Dept., 29 Mack Street, Batesville, AR 72501. Please reference the return with your order number.

Unless we made a mistake on the order, all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping fee is not refundable. Please make sure your customers aware of this returning policy.

Damaged Merchandise During Transit: We package our boxes according the UPS packaging codes, If for some reasons your customer received damaged products, please have your customer to contact UPS at 1-800-742-5877 to report the damaged package. Your customer need to provide to UPS the tracking number which can be found on the shipping label. Your customer need to keep the damaged package up to 5 days from the day he/she call UPS to report the damage. UPS will pick up the damage package for inspection, and send us, Unique Aromas the paper work for the refund.

Please send us an email reference with an order number about the damaged package.

After you received the message from your customer about the damaged items, you can either place the order again or do a refund back to your customer’s credit card account. Once we received the paper work from UPS, we’ll refund back to your account.
