Placing your dropship order online is secured and easy. Just click on links on your left to get dropship price lists. These price lists are for Dropship members with an active websites that's currently selling Unique Aromas' products. If you have not register with our company for drop shipping, please do so. Just click on the More Info link above to register your website for drop shipping. Please note: You must be a business with a current retail licence to sell our products. If you don't have a business licence, contact your local IRS office and apply for one.
During checkout, when ask for company name, please enter your website address instead. Without your website address, your order can not be processed. Please Note: Bill to address is your company name and address. Ship to address is your customer's UPS address, and not a PO Box address. Also during check out, if you do not wish to enter your customer's email and telephone number, just enter your email and telephone number instead. The bill to and ship to addresses must be different. Remember, dropship price is your wholesale price per item. Suggested retail price is the price that you set for your customers, usually double the dropship price.
After click on the order submit button, you will get an order confirmation within couple minutes. If you did not get the order confirmation, that means your order did not go through, or there might be a typical error on your email address. This usually happen if you got disconect by the server in the middle of your checkout. If this happen, you can either place the order again or send us an email right then to check if the order went through. If we recieve duplicate orders, we'll let you know or void one of them.
Please do not email us two weeks later and ask where is my order. Our answer will be, "sorry, but we did not receive your order".
After your order is received by our system, your order will be processed within 2 to 3 business days if not sooner. (Out of stock items will be processed 3 to 5 business days) It takes additional 2 to 5 business days for UPS or the Postal Service to deliver the package to your customer. Transit time depends on what area of the country the package is shipping to. Map below show an estimate delivery time for UPS Ground, do not include weekends and holidays. Please Note: Map shown below is not a definite delivery time, sometime shipment get delay for many different reasons. Add extra days if you use the transit time below in your shipping policy. .
If you need your order ship express, next day, second day, etc., email for a shipping qoute.
Minimum charging to your credit card is $10. Under $10 order, we combine your orders and charge to your credit card at the end of the week or whenever your combine orders total $10 or more. If the charges are combine, we'll let you know by email which orders are combined. If this cause a book keepping problem with you, let us know.
Ground Shipping will be charged base on the dollar amount of your order. Flat rates below is for the Continental US States only. Please Note: Don't charge your customer the same rate as what listed on our shipping table below. The shipping rate below is for wholesale drop-ship prices and NOT for retail prices.
If your dropship orders go to Canada, Alaska, Puero Rico, Hawaii, any US Virgin Islands, or anywhere in the world,
Emailfor a shipping quote. To get an accurate shipping quote, we need the item number, how many, and the complete ship to address. You can also log on to http://www.usps.com to get the shipping quote to anywhere. Remember, the origin zipcode is 72501.
You will receive order receipt and a tracking or shipping confirmation by email when your order is shipped. If you want your customer to have an invoice, packing list or any special note or instruction, just email us an attached file in word format and we'll include it when shipping out the order. Please reference your email with the order number.
Your company name will be set up in our UPS system as the shipper. That means, your company name and address will show on the shipping labels as the shipper and not Unique Aromas.
